FARMSCAPE SERIES
These paintings are predominantly on 2.5" deep gallery wrapped canvas with painted edges. They are created with acrylics and soft pastels. The foreground is painted with watercolors and/or acrylics over a textured acrylic base, while the upper portion of the canvas is panted with soft pastels, also over a lightly textured acrylic base. The entire painting is sealed with acrylic medium, for archival purposes and to provide UV protection.
There are some soft pastels on paper in this series, as well.
